I have a habit of forgetting about Elizabeth Arden and then something drops into my inbox and I do a little shake and go "ooh, this looks nice." This does look nice: it's the A Summer Escape collection and it's a limited edition range of colour infused with skincare ingredients like marine extracts - the inspo for the nautical themeing, I'm guessing.

Here's what's what, from left to right.

Two Beautiful Color Gloss Sticks, €22.50, will come in Coral Reef 01 (Bright pinky-coral), and Sunrise 03 (Bright watermelon), as will the Pure Finish Summer Escape Bronzing Powder, €36. Its colours will be Warm Glow 01 (Pink & Gold Pearls), Deep Glow 02 (Gold & Copper Pearls). This Nars-alike Pure Finish Cool Radiance Highlighter, €32, will come in one shade, First Mate 01 (Pearl Opalescent Pink).

Pure Finish Cream Eye Shadows, €23, are made from mineral pigments and flexible silicon polymers [actually, I wonder is this correct as silicon and silicone = very different things. And one of 'em you don't want on your face] and sound a lot like they may be a bit of an Illusions D'Ombre-kinda deal. Shades are Sand Dollar 01 (Soft Peachy-Coral Shimmer), Overboard 02 (Vibrant Pearl Blue), and Anchors Away 03 (Metallic Bronze).

Lastly, there's one Beautiful Color Define and Highlight Eyeliner Duo, €22, comes in one double-ended offering: Midnight Sail 01 (Navy Blue/Pearlised Champagne).

Look for the lot in March, when it'll be available for a limited time.
